By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below.

LICENSING AGREEMENT: Customers of Elevation Luxury image are paying for a "Media Service" and are purchasing a "License to Use" the Photographs or other media.

HOME MUST BE READY: Services will begin at the time of your appointment. Any home preparations, cleaning, or staging, must be done before your appointment. Appointments delayed by last-minute home preparations will be charged an additional $50 fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No-shows or appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are subject to a $95 missed appointment fee.

MEDIA RECOVERY FEE: All digital media services are delivered with a download link valid for 14 days. If you fail to download the files and need a new download link, there will be a $50.00 photo recovery fee.
